Meringue Cookies

                    - 3 egg whites shopping list
- 3/4 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup of powdered confectioner's sugar shopping list
- parchment paper shopping list
- Pastry bag (or a large ziplock will work just cut a tip off of one of the corners) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Allow your eggs to sit out and become room temperature. This may take more or less time depending on the temperature of your home.
- Mix both of the sugars together in a bowl and set them aside.
- Mix the egg whites on medium-high until they form stiff peaks(the beaters can lift from the whites and they will stand as if whipped cream would.)
- Add spoon fulls of sugar into the mixer, mixing them into the egg whites.
- Fill the pastry bag with your mixture and squeeze the mixture into half-dollar sized cookies onto a cookie sheet covered with a piece of parchment paper.
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes until they have a golden color around the edges. Remove from pan and store in a air-tight container.
