Ingredients

How to make it

  • Allow your eggs to sit out and become room temperature. This may take more or less time depending on the temperature of your home.
  • Mix both of the sugars together in a bowl and set them aside.
  • Mix the egg whites on medium-high until they form stiff peaks(the beaters can lift from the whites and they will stand as if whipped cream would.)
  • Add spoon fulls of sugar into the mixer, mixing them into the egg whites.
  • Fill the pastry bag with your mixture and squeeze the mixture into half-dollar sized cookies onto a cookie sheet covered with a piece of parchment paper.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes until they have a golden color around the edges. Remove from pan and store in a air-tight container.

I made meringue cookies using your recipe. I just scooped them by teaspoons and they still turned out pretty nice. I would like to share photos of meringue
