LIMITLESS BOILED SALAD DRESSING

- 2 BEATEN eggs shopping list
- 1/3-½ C. sugar ( I USE SCANT 1/3 + 2T. LOCAL honey(WHATEVER IS LOCAL FOR YOU)) shopping list
- 1T. cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2t.salt (OR TO TASTE) shopping list
- 1/8-1/4t.CAYANNE pepper(OR TO TASTE) shopping list
- 1/3-½ C. cider vinegar (I USE 1/3) shopping list
- 2-4T. butter (I USE 1 1/2T.) shopping list
- 1/2C. evaporated milk (I RECENTLY HAD TO USE 1/4C.whole milk+2T. coffee creamer(I HEATED MILK TO DISSOLVE CREAMER)) shopping list
- ½ t. YELLOW MUSTARE( DIJON OE THE CRACKED mustard seed MUSTARD MAY BE USED OR NONE AT ALL. shopping list

How to make it
- WHISK EGGS,SUGAR/HONEY,SALT,CORNSTARCH,CAYENNE IN A SAUCEPAN.
- GRADUALLY ADD VINEGAR WHISKING WELL.
- COOK OVER LOW HEAT STIRRING OFTEN..,APPX. 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THICK.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT WHISK IN BUTTER AND MILK..
- STASH IN CHILL CHEST WHILE COOKING POTATOES IN SKINS OR MACARONI.
- WHILE COOKING THIS STUFF PREP WHAT EVER ADD INS YOU LIKE IN YOUR SALAD.
- ALSO GOOD USED ON CHICKEN & TURKEY SALAD..
- YOUR IMAGINATION PUTS THE LIMITS ON THE USES FOR THIS WONDERFULLY YUMMY DRESSING…ENJOY AND GIVE THAT IMAGINATION FREE REIGN!!!!
