Ingredients

1 cantaloupe peeled(seeded and cut into chunks)

tbsp. of honey

2 tbsp. of lemon juice

1 1/2 c. of dry white wine

1 c. of sour cream or plain yogurt

1 1/2 c. of orange juice

Directions

First you add all but 2/3 cup of cantaloupe chunks into blender.

Next you dice remaining cantaloupe and set aside.

Then you can add yogurt, orange juice, honey and lemon juice to blender unitl creamy.

Next you want to add wine and mix.

You can divide diced cantaloupe mixture among 4 bowls.

Chill. Serve.
