How to make it

  • Pound the prawn , shallots and the gin-gar paste .
  • Fry until fragrant .
  • Add chilli paste and fry until aromatic .
  • Add the sugar , tamarind juice and salt and boil until the gravy thickens .
  • Add the tomato wedges and onion rings and fry for 3 mins .
  • Add the eggs and fry for 2 mins .
  • Dish out .
