How to make it

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush the tortillas with 1-1/2 Tbs olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toast on grill until browned,about 5 mins.
  • In large bowl, toss pork and onions with 1-1/2 Tbs oil and season with oregano,salt and pepper;thread onto 4 skewers.
  • Grill the skewers,turning occasionally,until lightly charred and cooked through,8 to 10 mins. Serve with prepared tzatziki sauce or make your own.
  • You can add boiled new potatoes,cherry tomatoes or zucchini chunks to skewers before grilling.
