Grilled Pork Kebobs

- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas,halved shopping list
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 lb. pork loin,cut in 1-1/2" pieces shopping list
- 2 pnions,cut lengthwise into 8 wedges each shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush the tortillas with 1-1/2 Tbs olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toast on grill until browned,about 5 mins.
- In large bowl, toss pork and onions with 1-1/2 Tbs oil and season with oregano,salt and pepper;thread onto 4 skewers.
- Grill the skewers,turning occasionally,until lightly charred and cooked through,8 to 10 mins. Serve with prepared tzatziki sauce or make your own.
- You can add boiled new potatoes,cherry tomatoes or zucchini chunks to skewers before grilling.
