How to make it

  • -wash and dry strawberries and lay on waxed paper lined trays or baking sheets, about 1 inch apart from eachother.
  • -prepare cheesecake mix according to package instructions, expept do not prepare crust. let mixture stand for 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickens.
  • -holding strawberry by its top, dip into cheescake mix, covering the berry right under the leafy top. place on tray. repeat with rest of strawberries. refigerate for 10-15 minutes (to help set cheesecake mix).
  • -remove tray from fridge and set aside. melt dipping chocolate according to package instructions. dip cheesecake covered strawberries, one at a time, in chocolate to coat.
  • -drizzle melted white chocolate in criss-cross pattern or squiggly lines and/or top with sprinkles (optional)
  • -place strawberries back on tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
  • -keep in fridge until ready to serve.
  • -enjoy!

    All I can type is....Wow!

    This recipe I am remembering and going to implement into a very special occasion.

    Can you imagine the look on ones face when they wrap their lips around a chocolate,creamy,encased succlent,fresh,ripe,strawberry.

    Strawberries...a LOVE FRUIT,why else would they not resemble a heart.
