Amaretto Sweet Potatoes

AMARETTO SWEET POTATOES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hellmann Estate in Lewisville, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 8 sweet potatoes cooked peeled and mashed shopping list
- 1/4 pound butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mace shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup Amaretto shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and place in buttered casserole dish.
- Place in 350 oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle pecans over top and serve immediately.
