SMOKED SALMON ROTINI

- 1 pkg rotini shopping list
- 2 cups trimmed & halved fresh green beans shopping list
- 1 tsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup sliced red onion shopping list
- 5 oz smoked salmon, sliced in ribbons shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh dill shopping list
- 1 tbsp capers shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lime zest shopping list
- Salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta according to package directions
- Add green beans durning the last 2 minutes of cooking
- Heat butter in a large skillet set over medium heat
- Add garlic;
- saute for 1 minute or until fragrant
- Wisk broth, cream & cornstarch until smooth
- Add to skillet and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened; stirring occasionally
- Stir in onion and salmon
- Toss hot rotini/beans with sauce, dill, capers and lime zest.
- Season with salt & pepper
- Serve

I am going to try this in a pot over open fire.
Never made pasta on an open fire must be the same as the stove just need to watch it closer.
