How to make it

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions
  • Add green beans durning the last 2 minutes of cooking
  • Heat butter in a large skillet set over medium heat
  • Add garlic;
  • saute for 1 minute or until fragrant
  • Wisk broth, cream & cornstarch until smooth
  • Add to skillet and bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened; stirring occasionally
  • Stir in onion and salmon
  • Toss hot rotini/beans with sauce, dill, capers and lime zest.
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Serve

    Yes this could work 5 from me.
    I am going to try this in a pot over open fire.
    Never made pasta on an open fire must be the same as the stove just need to watch it closer.
