Baked Chicken Caper

- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 lemon, squeezed shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter, or less shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken stock shopping list
- dash of steak sauce (optional) shopping list
- 1/2cup of white wine shopping list
- 4oz- 100g capers, liquid reserved shopping list
- salt and ground pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tsp cornflour shopping list
- another 1/4 cup chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- arrange chicken in oven dish
- coat with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
- mix the melted butter
- stock
- steak sauce
- wine
- 2 tbl spoons capers
- 2 tbls caper liquid
- pour butter mix over chicken to coat and bake 25 -30 min till juices run clear
- remove chicken from oven dish
- add remaining capers and caper liquid to oven dish
- set on top of cooker till a fast simmer
- mix cornflour with chicken stock and add to simmering sauce
- stir till thickens and serve with chicken pieces
