How to make it

  • arrange chicken in oven dish
  • coat with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
  • mix the melted butter
  • stock
  • steak sauce
  • wine
  • 2 tbl spoons capers
  • 2 tbls caper liquid
  • pour butter mix over chicken to coat and bake 25 -30 min till juices run clear
  • remove chicken from oven dish
  • add remaining capers and caper liquid to oven dish
  • set on top of cooker till a fast simmer
  • mix cornflour with chicken stock and add to simmering sauce
  • stir till thickens and serve with chicken pieces
