Smooth Iced Coffee Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine sugar, milk, and nutmeg in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add rum, let stand until cold. Combine milk mixture, coffee and whipping cream, mixing well. Pour in a plastic pitcher. Place in freezer. Let stand until partially frozen. Pour into tall glass, top with ice cream and chocolate chips.
