This is my version of a Cambell Soup recipe that was on a can of soup about 45 years ago. My grandmother would add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables to the soup mixture and allow to cook an extra 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 frying chickens cut up OR about 12 pieces of chicken of your choic
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Roasted Garlic Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 packages Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • Water

Directions
  1. Place chicken skin side down in baking dish.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn chicken, bake another 20 minutes.
  4. Mix soups together with one can of water.
  5. Pour soups over chicken and bake another 20 minutes.
  6. This is great served over rice.
