How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Add blueberries.
  • Mix the yogurt and oil and add to the mixture.
  • Stir gently to form a soft, sticky dough.
  • Turn the dough out onto a well floured board and pat into a 1/2 inch thick round pieces.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar and chopped nuts on top, pressing gently into the dough.
  • Cut the dough into eight wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until lightly browned and firm, about 25 minutes.
  • Makes 8 scones.
