White House Fried Chicken

The secret to this recipe is an electric skillet also do not add pepper while cooking it will burn the chicken add pepper when it is being served...Just remember simple is better.Also the chicken should be dry when you put it in the skillet it's crispier that way the flour keeps it dry
Ingredients
- 1 whole fryer cut up shopping list
- paper bag shopping list
- 1 C. flour shopping list
- 2 C. corn oil shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons season All shopping list
How to make it
- Heat Electric Skillet to 375 about 5 min to heat
- pour oil in skillet
- put flour in paper bag
- place chicken in bag and shake to coat
- fry chicken on one side till golden brown turn over and fry the other side it takes about 45 minutes to fry because you need to keep turning the chicken as you fry it turn about every 10 minutes add the Season All just before its done .When done salt and pepper to taste.
- place on another paper bag to drain off oil
