How to make it

  • Saute the zucchini, onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. In a non stick frying pan, brown the ground beef. To it add the tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes, so that it dries up a bit. Add all the seasonings. Mix the vegetables and beef mixture together and put in a baking dish.
  • Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
