Basil Aioli

- 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons herbs de Provence shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 1 small garlic clove, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, in the bowl of a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the aioli to a medium bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
