How to make it

  • Cook for 20 mins approx until the fork goes through.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Peel the skin off the pumpkin and separate the seeds from the pulp.
  • Mash with the fork to a smooth consistency.
  • Add the seasonings, crunchy peanut paste, margarine, 3/4 of the crushed peanuts (the remaining 1/4 tsp save for the topping).
  • Mix together like mashed potatoes.
  • Put into the fridge for couple of hours or when needed.
  • Scoop or spoon into the cones and sprinkle the rest of the crushed peanuts on top. Devour the complex flavors.
