Ingredients

1 x 9" unbaked pie crust

3 eggs

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup dark corn syrup

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly with a fork. Add brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; stir until well blended. Add raisins and walnuts; stir to distribute evenly. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until a knife inserted halfway between center of pie and edge comes out clean. Cool.

For an extra-sweet treat, drizzle pie slices with caramel topping. Yummy!
