How to make it

  • Seed and peel squash, slice 1/2 inch thick
  • Place slices in baking dish, add water, and cover
  • Bake 45 minutes @ 400*F.
  • Remove cover, dot with butter, drizzle with honey, lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 15 miutes more or until tender and lightly browned.

    Simple TLC is the way to go. Love butter squash - looks and taste heavenly - under the sun - as an ornament - on my plate - yummeeeeeeee!
