Cocktail - Jamaica Me Crazy

I just found this drink on a site called "Drink Mixer" and I am thinking this is going to be really good in the heat of the summer LOL. Hope you like it. It received a 9.8 rating!
Ingredients
- Serve in a Collins Glass or your own personal pitcher lol shopping list
- 1/2 oz. amber rum shopping list
- 1/2 oz. Tia Maria® coffee liqueur shopping list
- pineapple juice shopping list
- ice shopping list
How to make it
- Fill a tall glass with ice, crushed or cubes.
- Pour in rum and Tia Maria.
- Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice.
- Garnish with a pineapple chunk, an orange slice and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick.
- NOTE: I've never made this cocktail before but I'm going to add the ice and pineapple juice to my blender and give them a good whirl. Then I'm going to pour the pineapple slush into a very tall glass that has the pre-measured Rum and Tia Maria added to it. I'll sit in my backyard with hopefully some new friends and if I haven't made any friends by the summer, then I'll just kick back and enjoy it all to myself ;)
