The most difficult thing to do is to cook for one, and even worse for yourself. There is hope, quick easy and no brainers.

Fire up two plates on your hob
Start cooking the mac follow directions on the box
Add one of those liberal dashes to the mac it keeps the mac from sticking together
When the mac is boiling for 2 to 3 min
Put a pot on the other plate wait a while and add diced onions
Add other liberal dash of EVOO
Sorté until golden brown
Add diced tomatoes
Add woeshtershire sauce
Mix well
Add the tuna with the water.
Mix until boiling. Turn heat down to medium
Mac should be done
Drain and transfer directly to other pot
Fold mac into the tuna
Cook for five min
Plate and eat

Okay,I get the drift 'blue eyes'...

~it's only~

I make a tuna dish with mac and cheese and rotel tomatoes,sprinkled with seasoned bread crumbs,and your recipe just caught my eye.

I think some quack some where said omege was good for the heart or some thing us guys have to look after ourselves some way??
Even is it means hunting a charlie or three :p
