How to make it

  • pre-heat the oven 180° celcius
  • skin the salmon
  • put the salmon over a oven proof dish covered in foil (this will help the cleaning up)
  • squeeze the limes over the fish
  • a bit of mixed herbs, lemon pepper, salt
  • seal the foil over it and pop it into the oven untill nicelly cooked about 20 min
  • serve with steamed veggies over garden salad and yogurt and garlic sauce
