Light Salmon

How to make it
- pre-heat the oven 180° celcius
- skin the salmon
- put the salmon over a oven proof dish covered in foil (this will help the cleaning up)
- squeeze the limes over the fish
- a bit of mixed herbs, lemon pepper, salt
- seal the foil over it and pop it into the oven untill nicelly cooked about 20 min
- serve with steamed veggies over garden salad and yogurt and garlic sauce
