Carrot cake with chocolate icing

- Cake: shopping list
- 4 medium carrots shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 tea cup of corn oil shopping list
- 2 cups of flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder shopping list
- butter and flour to grease shopping list
- Icing: shopping list
- 1 tea cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tea cup of nesquik or similar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix in the blender the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar
- Put this mix in a bowl add the flour and mix it vigorously using a whisk
- Add the baking powder and stir it delicately
- Pour it in a greased and floured baking pan
- Take to pre heated oven at 180C (medium temperature)
- Bake it untill it's slightly golden (around 15 mins)
- Icing:
- Mix all the ingredients, it should have a thick paste consistency
- Spread it over the cake while it is still hot
