How to make it

  • Mix egg yolks, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, cheese add to rice.
  • Form balls (about the size of meatballs) with the rice.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites. Dip the rice balls in the egg
  • whites to coat and then in the bread crumbs to coat.
  • Heat oil to medium-high in a sauce pan (or deep fryer). Cook until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite marinara sauce as a dipping sauce.
