How to make it

  • 1. In a pan boil the Vigan longanisa for about 3 to 5mins in medium heat. After boling, set aside. Mashed the Vigan longnisa
  • 2. Sautee garlic, onion, mashed vigan longanisa for 3mins.
  • 3. Add chili flakes, add, tuyo and tomato sauce
  • 4. Stir then add fresh basil leaves. Simmer it in 7 mins
  • 5. Add the rigatoni and mozarella cheese, the top with Vigan bagnet

    I'm not sure I could get some of the ingredients here in Scotland!

    I have a separate recipe for Vigan Longanisa but I will have to look up a recipe for Vigan Bagnet. That is ok but the 'tuyo' might be a problem... is this anything like Thai fish sauce nam pla?
