How to make it

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
  • Place a piece of parchment on bottom of 8” spring form pan then press crumbs onto bottom.
  • Puree ricotta with eggs in a blender then add cream cheese and sugar and mix well.
  • Add melted butter and flour then blend in.
  • Put in a large bowl and gently stir in pie filling
  • Lightly grease side of pan and pour into prepared spring form pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour then remove from oven and let chill several hours before serving.
