How to make it

  • In small bowl make a paste with the pressed garlic and salt.
  • Combine with cream cheese, butter, parsley and pepper until smooth.
  • Cover and store up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
  • To serve transfer cheese to a 2 cup ovenproof bowl or ramekin and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or croustades.
