Boursin Cheese Spread With Black Pepper

- 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter at room temperature shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely snipped parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl make a paste with the pressed garlic and salt.
- Combine with cream cheese, butter, parsley and pepper until smooth.
- Cover and store up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
- To serve transfer cheese to a 2 cup ovenproof bowl or ramekin and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or croustades.
