How to make it

  • Meatballs:
  • Mix all ingredients well. Form into 1-inch balls. Set aside.
  • Soup:
  • In large saucepan, pour in oil.
  • Let it heat for few minutes.
  • Add in onions, cilantro, parsley until softened.
  • Add water, & seasoning.
  • Bring to boil. Add Meatballs, cover let stand for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are browned.
  • Serve in bowls with french rolls.
