Moroccan Meatball Stew

- Meatballs: shopping list
- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped (divided & reserve half) shopping list
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped (divided & reserve half) shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped (divided & reserve half) shopping list
- 1/2 T. ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 T. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 T. salt shopping list
- 1/2 T. ground pepper shopping list
- dash ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 c. bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Soup: shopping list
- remaining cilantro shopping list
- remaining parsley shopping list
- remaining onion shopping list
- 1/2 t. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 T. ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 T. each salt & pepper shopping list
- dash cinnamon shopping list
- 1-1/2 qt. water shopping list
- 1 T. canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- Meatballs:
- Mix all ingredients well. Form into 1-inch balls. Set aside.
- Soup:
- In large saucepan, pour in oil.
- Let it heat for few minutes.
- Add in onions, cilantro, parsley until softened.
- Add water, & seasoning.
- Bring to boil. Add Meatballs, cover let stand for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are browned.
- Serve in bowls with french rolls.
