Crockpot Boneless Beef Ribs

- 2 lbs boneless beef short ribs, trimmed of excess fat if present shopping list
- 1 c. water shopping list
- 1 c. ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 c. vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 6oz can tomato paste shopping list
- 3 Tbs spicy brown mustard shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish shopping list
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place ribs in crockpot, mix all other ingredients well and pour over ribs.
- Add more water to nearly cover ribs, mix into sauce.(sounds weird, I know, but stick with me here)
- Cook on low 8 hours, remove ribs and keep warm. (a large slotted spoon may be neccessary, the ribs should be falling apart by now)
- Pour cooking liquid into a saucepan and reduce to desired thickness, pour over ribs.
