Glazed Stuffing Meatloaf

- 1 lb lean ground beef* shopping list
- 1/2 lb ground sausage (sage sausage is good here) shopping list
- 1 pkt onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 box cornbread stuffing mix shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground sage shopping list
- 1 c. water shopping list
- ~~glaze~~ shopping list
- 3/4 c ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar, rounded shopping list
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp A-1 sauce shopping list
- *increase to 1 1/2 lbs if you prefer no sausage) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Whisk together glaze ingredients, set aside.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients well by hand, put into loaf pan or form into loaf in the middle of a 9x13 dish. (My preferred method is 9x13)
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through, pouring glaze over for last 15 -20 minutes.
