How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease 2 round cake pans with veg. Shortening or oil.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ones in another. Then add the liquid to the dry mixture, and blend.
  • Pour the batter into the 2 cake pans, and bake for 25 minutes or so, until a fork stuck in the middle comes out clean.
