Quick Raspberry Jam

- 4 c fresh raspberries (1 lb) shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice shopping list
- coarse salt shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet,combine raspberries,sugar,lemon juice and salt. cook oveer high,stirring,until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Reduce to rapid simmer and cook,stirring occasionally until mixture thickens.,12 to 15 mins.
- Transfer 3/4 c jam to airtight container. Using fine mesh sieve,strain remaining jam into a container,pressing on solids. Discard seeds. Stir jam to combine;let cool completely.
- Cover and refrigerate,up to 1 month.
