How to make it

  • Cut ribs into 3-4 rib pieces Place into foil-lined jelly pan, well
  • apart & roast @ 400 F. for 20 min. Drain off fat
  • arrange ribes in 13 by 9" pan.
  • Meanwhile saute onions & garlic over moderate heat for 2-3 min
  • or until onios are limp
  • Add vinegar, chili sauce (or ketchup) sugar,marjoram,allspice,
  • mustard & Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 min.
  • Pour onion sauce over ribs. Bake for 1-11/2 hrs.@ 350
  • until ribs are very tender & juicy. If ribs brown to quickly
  • cover with foil
  • These ribs can be prepared 1 day in advance & reheated @300
  • for 30 to 45 min.or until ribs are heated through.
