How to make it

  • Pound beef on both sides to tenderize.
  • season beef w/salt & pepper to both sides.
  • Coat in flour.
  • melt butter with oil in pan
  • place beef into pan and cook for 3 min. each side.
  • Remove and allow to drain.
  • With the remaining oil and butter, return to heat.
  • Add Marsala, crushed stock cube and 1/2
  • water
  • Allow to boil for 2 min. and scrape botttom to lift up ingredients.
  • Now return beef to pan and cover.
  • Allow to only simmer for about 10min.
  • Turn beef once.
  • Remove and keep warm.
  • Add to pan the remaining water and bring to boil.
  • Scrape any bits off bottom of pan to mix with the glaze.
  • Cook till this a syrup.
  • Pour over the meat.
  • I like to have small potatoes, beans, stick carrots, brussel sprouts with this meal.
