Homemade Tomaotes and Sauasge Sauce

- 3 large cans o tomaotes shopping list
- 6 hot itialian sausages shopping list
- 1 large can of tomaote paste shopping list
- 8 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 4 tbs of basil shopping list
- 3 tbs orageno shopping list
- 1/3 cup extra vergin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbs salt shopping list
- 1 tbs pepper shopping list
- 2 cups forzen- then thawed and strained spinish shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 2 yellow bell peppers shopping list
- 1 cups veggie broth shopping list
- 1 zuchinnie shopping list
- 4 med. tomaotes shopping list
- 1/2 small egg plant shopping list
- 2 cups of mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup fav red wine shopping list
- 10 black olives shopping list
- 2 stocks celery shopping list
- 1 tps chillies **OPTIONAL** shopping list
How to make it
- Fry sausages and chopp (you only fry them till thaey are half cooked)
- take them and set them to the side and let them cool off
- wash all your veggies
- peel your garlic and oinon
- de-seed your peppers
- open all you cans
- measure out your wine, olive oil and veggie broth

- FOOD PROCESSOR>>> process the mushrooms and egg plant and tomaotes and galic and blk olives and peppers and celery
- **if you dont have a food processor - or just dont wanna clean it afterwards dicing it really finly will do just as good !**
- chopp the onion into med. size chunks
- chopp the zuchinnie into half moon shapes about 1 cm thick
- lay each sauasge long ways and slice down the middle- take eash halfed sausage and then slice its down the middle , then chuck was of the 1/4'ed sausages
- In the slow cooker add the can(s) of tomaotes, tomatoe paste,veggie broth, red wine, salt, pepper, basil, orageno, extra vergin olive oil
- then add the remaing ingredents and let it cook for 120 on high and then turn to low for the remaning time
- goes great with any noodel... not really ment for speggittie
