How to make it

  • Boil pasta as directed on the box be sure to use a good amount of salt in the pasta water. Pasta best when cooked al dente
  • Drain pasta and rinse with cold water leaving pasta slightly warm.
  • Add pasta to large serving bowl. Add basil leaves whole or ripe them with your fingers carefully not to bruise the leaves. Add as many basil leaves as you like. I use at least half a bush of basil.
  • Add diced tomatoes, juice and all. Add crumbled feta again as much as you like.
  • Drizzle Itailian dressing, be sure not to use to much. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well.
  • Serve at room temperature, or cold. I like it better at room temperature.
  • Enjoy!!!!
