Sausage Patty Melts Recipe
Here's a perfect finger food for the upcoming party. A mixture of sausage, cheese, tomatoes and oregano placed on top of some rye bread - absolutely delicious !

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Sausage Roll
  • rye bread, cocktail-size
  • 3 small fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) pack of VELVEETA, sliced into 24 pieces
  • oregano leaves, dried

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Crumble and cook sausage (until browned), in a skillet over medium heat. Cut the cheese into cubes then add to sausage. Mix together until melted then remove from heat. Spread the sausage mixture onto the pieces of rye bread.
  3. Put bread onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until bread has toasted. Remove from the oven, garnish with tomatoes and serve.
