How to make it

  • In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter and golden syrup. Heat, stirring until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine biscuits, coconut and allsorts, then mix in the condensed milk mixture.
  • Stir with a cutting motion until combined.
  • Press into a lined lamington tin (mines about 9 inches square) and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top. Leave to cool in the fridge for an hour before slicing.
  • Makes about 24 slices.
