Chavrie Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup

- 1 pkg. (5.3oz) Chavrie® goat cheese shopping list
- 3 ea. seedless cucumber (peeled and cubed) shopping list
- 2 ea. Ripe avocados shopping list
- ¼ C unsweetened coconut milk shopping list
- 3 ea. lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp. Tabasco shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. ginger minced shopping list
- salt and pepper to season shopping list
How to make it
- Split the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop pulp into a blender.
- Add cucumber pieces.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add coconut milk, lime juice, cumin, Tabasco, ginger and Chavrie®, blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill well before serving.
