Chili Sauce Topped Asiago Eggs

- 8 large eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 6 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2/3 cup shredded asiago cheese shopping list
- 4 ounces green chilies chopped shopping list
- chili sauce for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Put butter in square baking pan then set in 350 degree oven to melt.
- Shake pan to distribute butter evenly then slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour into pan then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and chilies.
- Draw a wide metal spatula across bottom of pan several times to break up mixture.
- Bake breaking up mixture again several times for 5 more minutes or until of desired doneness.
- Serve topped with chili sauce.
