How to make it

  • Peel shrimp. Drain minced clams (save the juice) and rinse.
  • Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and saute 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  • Add clams, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Simmer 10 minutes adding reserved clam juice (I usually use half).
  • Serve over cooked pasta of your choice (we use spaghetti) along with a salad and some toasted garlic bread..

    Without drowning the shrimp and clams in oil and spices,lets their natural essences follow through to the palate.
