BoxCar Pumernickel Sandwich

- 2 slices of pumpernickel bread shopping list
- 4 slices of tomatoe shopping list
- 6 green olives with pemento sliced or diced shopping list
- 10 baby spinish leaves washed adn patted dry shopping list
- 1 tbs garlic hummas shopping list
- 1/2 tbs mayo shopping list
- 2 slices of a REALLY good Mozzeralla shopping list
- 4 slies of cumcumber shopping list
- 1 palmfull of alflafa sprouts or garlic sprouts shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs sunflower oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
How to make it
- take your garlic and chop it into chucnks and then toss the garlic into a microwave safe dish add the 1 1/2 tbs sunflower oil and heat for 2 mn on high
- remove and let cool
- turn your oven on to broil
- with a bbq brush brush one side of both slices of pumpernickel bread
- broil in oven untill just done (about 8 min roughly)
- When cooking is done lay them on a cooling rack and build your sanwich
- on one side spread hummas
- other side spread mayo now layer ingredents
- spinish
- olives
- cucumber
- tomaotes
- mozzeralla
- and sprouts
- cut in half and serve right away
