How to make it

  • take your garlic and chop it into chucnks and then toss the garlic into a microwave safe dish add the 1 1/2 tbs sunflower oil and heat for 2 mn on high
  • remove and let cool
  • turn your oven on to broil
  • with a bbq brush brush one side of both slices of pumpernickel bread
  • broil in oven untill just done (about 8 min roughly)
  • When cooking is done lay them on a cooling rack and build your sanwich
  • on one side spread hummas
  • other side spread mayo now layer ingredents
  • spinish
  • olives
  • cucumber
  • tomaotes
  • mozzeralla
  • and sprouts
  • cut in half and serve right away
