How to make it

  • open cans of green beans and pour into skillet. Pour 1/2 inch oil into skillet
  • Season to taste. I usually add about 2 tsp garlic and 1/4 pepper.
  • Other variations are dipping the beans in a batter of flour and eggs and deep frying.
