Spicy tangy chicken

- chicken(skinless) legs and breasts(cut into chunk sized pieces) - 800 gm shopping list
- For the marinade shopping list
- ------------------------ shopping list
- garlic paste - 1tsp shopping list
- cornflour - 1tbsp shopping list
- Tabasco - 1tsp shopping list
- vinegar - 2tsp shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Other: shopping list
- --------- shopping list
- honey - 2 tsp shopping list
- cayenne pepper - to taste (I used a tsp) shopping list
- garlic - 3 pods chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the chicken well with all the marinade ingredients and leave for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Fry the chopped garlic till golden brown.
- Lower the flame and add the honey and the pepper and stir briskly.
- Add the chicken to this and cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is tender.
- Then uncover, increase the flame and cook till dry.
