Fruit Cocktail

Nothing fancy about this salad but ohhhh so good on a hot day. It can be made lighter by using sugar free pudding, lite cool whip and fruits in juice and holds up well.
Ingredients
- 1 (29oz) large can of fruit cocktail (do not drain) shopping list
- 1 large can of pineapple chunks (drain) shopping list
- 2 small cans of mandarin orange (drain) shopping list
- 1 large package of instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 8oz container of Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle the instant pudding over fruit cocktail
- stir until the pudding dissolves.
- Add pineapple chunks and oranges.
- Mix well.
- Fold in cool whip and chill before serving.
- *I always use the 'lite' fruit, fat free/sugar free pudding and fat free cool whip. It still tastes great!
