I was really craving something sweet and I came across your recipe. I decided to make it because it was quick and easy and I happened to have all of the ingredients on hand. I absolutely love this recipe! I will definitely make it again. :-) Thanks for sharing it!

These are good. I've had the recipe in my files for several years.

Just remember, especially if you are a diabetic like me that Splenda's "Brown Sugar" IS really brown sugar and is NOT good for us who can't eat sugar.

I like to use Diabetes Sweet Brown sugar. Substitute Diabetes Sweet "brown sugar" 1/4 cup with 3/4 cup the Splenda would be sufficient.

This is an awesome recipe and helped me lose weight. I would advise using 1/3 cup of splenda brown sugar instead of the 1 cup of sugar substitute it does have 'some' sugar in it but I found it added a lot of flavour and curbed all my cravings. Oh and using parchment paper helps too!
