How to make it

  • In small bowl, mix all ingredients except pork and skewrers. Place pork cubes in resealable plastic food storage bag. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours,turning bag occasionallt. Refrigerate remaining marmelade mixture to use as diping sauce.
  • Meanwhile soak skewers in water 30 mins. to prevent burning.
  • Set oven to broil. Line 15x10" pan with foil;lightly spray foil with cooking spray. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread 2 pork cubes on end of each skewer. Place in pan.
  • Broil with tops 4 to 6 " from heat 5 mins. Turn skewers,broil about 5 mins. longeer or just till pork is no longer pink in center. Meanwhile ,heat remaining marmelade mixture in 1 qt. saucepan over medium heat,stirring occasionally,until bubbly;use as dipping sauce.

    I really like the sound of this Pleclare.

    I cooked out last night,had steak,chicken,baked potatoe,grilled pineapple,salad,chocolate ice cream,and a rum limeaide,with a sprig of mint.
