How to make it

  • Sift flour, paprika, salt.
  • Rub in the butter.
  • Put most of the cheese in the flour mix, leaving some to sprinkle on the top.
  • Set aside 2 tbsp of egg & milk mix and add to the rest of the flour mix & make a dough.
  • Roll out the dough until it is slightly thinner than your finger.
  • Cut out the shapes, brush with egg/milk mix and sprinkle with a little cheese.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake @ 200 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes until they are golden.
