White Chocolate and Lime Cheesecake

I swear it's an alien invasion. Now, they are making cheesecakes with LADY FINGERS - must be a man thing. I advise you all to see the movie "It's Complicate" with Streep, Balwin, and Martin - kinda resembles this cheesecake, yeah (laughs).
Ingredients
- Ingredients shopping list
- 6 oz soft lady fingers shopping list
- 2 pkg. Philadelphia cheese (2x250g) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 6 each white chocolate squares shopping list
- 1/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 each gelatin env. unflavored shopping list
- 2 Tsp. lime peel, fine grated shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped shopping list
- 1, strawberries shopping list
- 1, lime slices shopping list
How to make it
- Directions:
- Melt chocolate.
- Halve lady fingers lengthwise. Line bottom and sides of an 8 1/2-inch spring form pan with ladyfingers, rounded sides facing out.
- Beat cream cheese on lowest speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Blend in sugar and chocolate; mix well.
- Sprinkle gelatin on top of lime juice in saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes to soften. Stir mixture over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Blend warm gelatin and lime peel into cheese mixture. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream. Pour into pan. Chill at least 3 hours.
- Garnish with strawberries and lime slices.
