  • COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS
  • CUT IN LARD AND BUTTERMILK AND WORK IN UNTIL YOU GET A BISCUIT DOUGH **** DO NOT OVERWORK DOUGH OR BISCUITS WILL BE TOUGHER THAN A MARINE CORP DRILL SEARGENT****
  • ROLL DOUGH OUT ON A LIGHTLT FLOURED SURFACE ( DOUGH SHOULD BE ABOUT 1/2 INCH THICKNESS)
  • CUT OUT BISCUITS WITH A BISCUIT CUTTER (I USE A GLASS THAT IS ABOUT 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER )
  • PLACE ON A BISCUIT PAN OR COOKIE SHEET THAT HAS BEEN LIGHTLY GREASED ( MAKES THE BOTTOM OF THE BISCUIT BROWN NICELY)
  • BAKE IN A OVEN PREHEATED TO 450 DEGREES FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES
