Teriyaki Chicken Wings

- 3 lb. chicken wings shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 2-3 Tbsp. honey shopping list
- 2/3 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce shopping list
- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped/minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cumin(optional) shopping list
- MARINADE: shopping list
- Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, oils, chili sauce, garlic and cumin. shopping list
- Stir well and set aside. shopping list
- Cut chicken wings at joint and remove wing tips. shopping list
- Place chicken in baking dish. shopping list
How to make it
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Cover, refrigerate at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Drain and place on broiler tray.
- Broil about 15 minutes each side with tray about 12 inches from element.
- Brush occasionally with marinade.
